Multifunctional Building Na Kopečku, Prague 8

The multifunctional house consists of two parts, the front part at the adjacent streets Na Kopečku and Pod Plynojemem, and the second in the courtyard. The two parts are connected by an underground parking lot and a ground floor, which houses individual shops, service areas and a supermarket.

The main façade of the street part aligns the mixed urban block, the inner building volumetrically copies the front one.

There are garages in the basement, shops and services on the ground floor and flats proposed from the 2nd floor upwards. The front house has five (+ sixth setback) floors, the rear tract six (+ seventh setback) floors.

The form of the dwellings meets the lighting and glare criteria.

The main façade to the street is vertically divided into several sections to appear more like a collection of separate apartment buildings. The rear wing is architecturally unified.
