The overall shape of the building is determined by the effort to appropriately represent the empty corner between Plzeňská and Vrchlického by a new building that will fit into the locality, respect the shape of the site and the height level of the surrounding houses.
The floor plan of the typical building is triangular with rounded corners. The building has three basements and eight floors above ground, with the seventh and eighth floors set back.
The underground floors consist mainly of garages, technical rooms, rooms with technological facilities of the building. The individual underground floors are connected by a two-way ramp, the entrance to the garage is situated from Vrchlického Street.
On the ground floor of the building, in addition to the entrance hall with a reception, there are restaurant premises with a kitchen and the necessary facilities for the operation of the restaurant. Social facilities for restaurant customers are situated around the communication core, i.e. in the centre of the layout. The restaurant has two separate lounges.
The above-ground floors will provide office space for one company. The last two retreated floors are for the management of Agel. The terrace on the 7th floor will be partly used as a sloping terrace.
The roof above the 8th floor will be equipped with HVAC units.
Vertical communication throughout the building will consist of a double staircase and three lifts.
